Hello,

I have to compare with multi NTP sites to find the best one that didn't have delays or lag.

Is there any application or software can give me the comparison?

This is to configure the NTP on my domain controllers.

The NTP protocol automatically deals with delays or lag.  Any of the open pool NTP servers should be acceptable, as long as you stick with servers geographically near your location.

personally I would compare the NTP servers based on credibility and distance, rather than only performance or latency which is at a lower priority than the first two. be aware it is also related security as untrusted NTP server may have significant impacts to an AD domain or any directory service.

Of course, in most situations, local or short distance also means better performance.

regarding a tool to compare the specific NTP servers, any multiple PING utility can handle that such as:
