First thing to check for is a time skew. Check all times of DCs and workstations that get these errors

Thanks guys. &nbsp;What's strange is if I disconnect from one wifi network (2.4Ghz) and reconnect to my other wifi network (5Ghz), it refreshes fine upon connection. &nbsp;And likewise, when I go the other way. &nbsp;It's almost like it 'resets' something when reconnecting. &nbsp;I've tried ipconfig /flushdns which doesn't seem to work.

Make sure that all of the systems have (and maintain) the correct time, especially the DCs. If you notice that over time the times on systems gets further away from the correct time, that is time skew. And it could be a sign that the CMOS battery needs replacement.

Also, a Time skew is an indication that time services are incorrectly configured in the environment. PDCe needs to be configured to NTP and all other DCs and members need to be NT5DS. All VM time synchronisation needs to be disabled

You should check the DNS settings on the machines. If they have a DNS server thay isnt the DC, then you will also sometimes get that exact error.<br />

Another idea would be to simply remove machines from the domain and rejoin them.

I've recently been getting Security popups to enter my credentials in order to connect to the domain controller.  Upon putting my password in it still says "The system cannot contact a domain controller to service the authentication request.  Please try again later."   Because of this, I cannot connect to mapped shared drives, etc.

What troubleshooting steps should I take (either on the local client or the server)?
