What I want is for users on the laptops to "Not get the error message below"  when they login to Citrix through Netscaler.
Please see details below

Error message
Citrix Receiver

Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following
information.
Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server.Network issues are preventing your
connection. Please try again. If the presists, please call your help desk.

I have laptops that are not joined to the domain.  This is the laptop environment, and this what happens.
1. Windows 7 Ultimate on two laptops and Windows 7 professional  on four laptops
2. Internet Explorer 11
3.Latest OS service packs for Windows 7 ultimate and professional
4. Citrix receiver 3.4 on three laptops and 4.6 on three laptops .
5. Access to Citrix is being done by using https://someserver.citrix.com
6. The laptops users are connecting to the internet using a Wireless Verizon jetpack, there own home wireless, or Verizon MiFi card.
Then Login to Citrix from https://someserver.citrix.com.
7. After the users Login to Citrix they get the error message above. - If the users randomly try again they " sometimes " can login.
But not without getting the error above.
8. I can add the Citrix link for Netscaler someserver.citrix.com to Internet Explorer 11 compatibility view, and Trusted Sites .
However when you exist I.E 11 and go back in the trusted site I added disappears.
9. XenApp6.5 version

No- Does anyone get connected consistently?
Not to an App only during the login process from Netscaler - Is it specific apps or any app?
Only the Laptop Users - Do any of your internal users have the same issue?
Receiver Directly - Are they using Receiver directly, or the StoreFront login page?
Note: Please read the details

I had read your details.. didn't 100% answer my questions, but its definitely enough to go on..  ( I asked about the SF vs. Receiver question because with the Receiver, you put in the URL which is typically the same as the website).

This all kind of points me at a connection from the NS to an internal resource may be blocked.. My expectation is that it might be the authentication connection from the Netscaler to the inside resources.  A lot will obviously depend on your authentication configuration.  As an example.. if your NS was configured to authentication to multiple DC's and one of them had a blocked connection, then you'd get sporadic authentication failures.

Now.. what is not 100% clear, is do you have external users that are *not* on laptops that can connect successfully on a consistent basis? If they can, that removes the authentication being blocked as an issue.

Did you have your users try other machines for their laptops to look to see if it works on those other machines  (I'd also track if they were using other desktops vs other laptops) ?

Coralon - I want to thank you so much for getting back with me. Hopefully this will clear things up. Keep in mind my knowledge of NS and Citrix is very very basic.
1. There are only 5 laptops users all on Windows 7 using Netscaler, they also have Citrix receiver installed.
2. I just help someone yesterday who appeared to connect successfully inside the company using a version MiFi card, which is how they normally connect. - This is an older model MiFi with two bars on wireless.  The user connected successful three times.
3. She takes the laptop home, uses MiFi and says she could not connect - she also could not tell me the error message. - Oh Great. !
4. I do suspect the connection problem could be related to the MiFi and the strength of connection to Wireless.
Also one of the errors I get is related to connection to XennApp server connection.
what are Your Thoughts on this ??

Can you post screenshots of the errors you are getting?  Citrix has a lot of errors that are very specific (and to be fair, several that are super generic)..

Coralon - I do not have a screen shot but this is the exact error I get after the user logs into Netscaler and then clicks Citrix Remote .
Hope this helps.
