I can access the server from our other domain and from the Ip address. We have 2 domains on our server for email reasons.
So instead of mail.xxxxx.com I can access it from mail.yyyyy.com when using remote desktop. We made the change because we had a company do our website. I made the change only on register.com. In which only consisted of me pointing to a new name server.

this can confirm DNS got an issue.

you pointing to a name server? you mean you made changes to your domain's root DNS server from your DC or your ISP to something else?

We get it - no one likes a content blocker. Take one extra minute and find out why we block content.
however, please first try accessing the same remote host using IP address to double check if there is any routing or firewall issue blocking your access as well.
If there is no problem for accessing by IP address, it definitely suggests a DNS issue. in this case, please advise why and how you made the change.
