outlook error send and receive

Hello Basem,

There might be few possible reasons for this error 0x8004010F such as the wrong location of the Outlook PST files, the files moved to another location, Outlook profile might be corrupted etc.

Try the following manual solutions to resolve the error:
1. Create a new profile
Follow the given steps to create a new profile:
Go to the Control Panel and click on Mail.
Now, select the option Show Profiles and select the profile to remove.
Click on Remove.
Note: When you remove a profile, the associated data files will also be removed.

2. Change the folder location to fix the error.
3. Disable the Antivirus program installed on your system temporarily and then check the issue again. Sometimes the security applications scan the emails which might corrupt the Outlook profile.
4. Run sfc /scannow command to fix the possible system errors.

If outlook is in cached mode,  take it out of cached mode, shut down outlook,  then delete the OST.  Run outlook then put it back in to cached mode, and retest.

The next time you start Outlook, a new .ost file is created for the account.

when I send email to my self it does not make it into the inbox in my computer but I can see it in the Galaxy note 3 . Any ideas why this is hapenning? I have outlook 365

If I do the suggested fix you mentioned. will I lose my up to date emails in my inbox and drafts and other .pst folders in the navigation pane if not is out look going to download a million emails like it did a couple of times in the past when I created a new profile??

It seems you have incorrectly configured Outlook profile. Sending reported Outlook error "0x8004010f" is generally a MAPI error code and this type of error occurs while synchronizing offline address book files.
