Visio services are not installed as it's foundation version of SharePoint. Oddly SharePoint 2010 which I migrated from was foundation as well so visio services weren’t included either and was working fine. I tried many PC's and many web browsers, I tried on PC which can open visio files on SharePoint 2010, I tried Visio Viewer 2013 and 2016. But I noticed that visio files are old format *.vsd files. I will try to upload more recent version of visio files and will check if problem still persist.<br />

I migrated from sharepoint 2010 (SBS2011) to Sharepoint 2013 Fundation. One of the librares was containing Visio diagrams and I was able to view them in web browser but now ater migtastion I'm getting &quot;The Microsoft Visio Viewer cannot load the specified URL or file&quot; Any help really apreciated<br />
