You can try to reset the view, this is done by clicking the 'view' tab while in calendar view, and then click 'Reset view'.

Did you by any chance also try running outlook from the commandline with the / cleanviews &nbsp;switch?<br />
Does the problem also appear when you create a new outlook profile for the user?

I have a client using Outlook 2010 and the days of the week are blacked out. &nbsp;It does not matter what view she is in (week, work week, month. &nbsp;She said this occurred after some sort of update was done throughout the company.<br />
