FSRREMOS

This has been seen a couple times in recent weeks or maybe months. It' a small square window seen when Windows 7 is booting up and before the desktop.
On Google is seems to be related to IBM mouse?
And some lack of clarity as to whether it's a virus or not.
It mentions a way to remove it and it is a Windows process file?

What?
Where did it come from?
Where is it?
Why keep it?
Why remove it?
Best way to remove it?
Consequences or keeping or removing it?

It looks like it is related to Lenovo Mouse Suite which is in the program list.
Is this program of about 26MB and first installed in 2010 something that should be removed or not removed?

If it is unwanted you can remove that

I do not know if we need it or not. If it is harmless and seeing it as the system boots up is not problem, we can leave it like it is.
We are not using a Lenovo mouse but could in the future.
