Exchange 2010 (RTM) upgrade to SP1 or direct to SP3

I am on a task to upgrade an exchange server 2010 (RTM) Product version 14.00.0726.000. I need to get the server to SP3 as I will be integrating a new Exchange 2016 in the current environment and the requirement is to be on SP3. Should i take the server to SP1 first or can I go direct to SP3. I have a complete backup on the exchange 2010 server.
