MS SQL Sever Import/export problem
I have MS SQL Server 2014 installed. I can not use the import/export because it says I am missing the dts.dll.
I have searched my drive and none by that name exists. I read an article with Microsoft about install VS 2015 - can be community -
to fix this problem. I do not want install vs studio and would prefer not to do a reinstall on MS Sql Server - unless absolutely necessary.
Is there any other way to fix this problem??

It did not work for me Same error. I even did a hard reboot. I have attached a screen shot of the error.
