Im trying to change my time server with commands below but will not work. Any suggestions? 2008 R2

C:\Windows\System32>w32tm /query /source
Local CMOS Clock

C:\Windows\System32>w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:"time.wi"

C:\Windows\System32>net stop w32time
