trying to change time server to, errors

Im trying to change my time server with commands below but will not work. Any suggestions? 2008 R2

C:\Windows\System32>w32tm /query /source

You have to use the /update switch with w32tm to apply changes made when switching your time server. So
w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:"time.wi" /update

is what you need to run (Don't ask me why they decided to require the /update switch...I have no idea, and I think it's dumb that you need it, but that's how it is).
