Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, I ended up doing an uninstall/reinstall then applied SP's one at a time. This seemed to solve the issue. Something was odd about this one from the beginning. Worked fine on 2 other machines.

I'm trying to run the updates on a client PC that uses the Integrations Services portion of SQL Server 2008 R2. &nbsp;I've tried using Windows update as well as manually downloading and installing them. &nbsp;Each time I get the cryptic error pasted below. &nbsp;<br />

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:<br />

Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. &nbsp;Make sure &quot;Errors.resources&quot; was correctly embedded or linked into assembly &quot;Microsoft.SqlServer.Disco<wbr />very&quot; at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed..<br />
