Virtual machine being rebooted daily at 11:06 PM ET due to cluster resource failure

i have a windows machine which is being rebooted daily at 11:06 PM ET.. there is no schedules task. VM is deployed in HYper-v environment.
I could see Event id 1069 on Hyper-v host where this VM is currently hosted;
On cluster logs its says.
:Cluster resource 'SCVMM vmname' of type 'Virtual Machine' in clustered role 'SCVMM vmname Resources' failed.

Based on the failure policies for the resource and role, the cluster service may try to bring the resource online on this node or move the group to another node of the cluster and then restart it.  Check the resource and group state using Failover Cluster Manager or the Get-ClusterResource Windows PowerShell cmdlet."

I want to avoid this server reboot. Experts please guide me.

Thanks,
Javed
