I have 2 WAN connections and HSRP running on the inside facing the access layer switches.I am just  wondering if I can track each link within mlppp with hsrp tracking. Thanks

Generally, HSRP can track individual interface status, it does not matter if it is in bundled MLPPP or not, however it may lead to situation that interfaces are up and there is no traffic flow. So it would be better to configure IP SLA, but in that case you can't track individual interfaces.
Just an idea, you could configure IP SLA to track delay.
If you establish baseline with all links bundled in MLPPP IP SLA can react when delay time is changed - that would influence packetization and serialization delay, but I guess it need to be tested, I never tried to do it so far (but I guess it could be done this way).

track 1 ip sla 1 reachability
 delay down X up X
!
ip sla 1
 icmp-echo x source-interface Serialx
 timeout 1000
 threshold 1000
 frequency 30
ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now

That sounds like a good idea. I will set it up in GNS3. Now, for testing purposes, once I shut down 1 of the mlppp links, is there a way to generate a large amount of traffic? Thanks
