&nbsp;If i start my machine. SMPS fan &amp;&nbsp;cabin fans are start rotating then again stop and then gain start and then after 2 seconds again stop continuously.<br />

 If i start my machine. SMPS fan & cabin fans are start rotating then again stop and then gain start and then after 2 seconds again stop continuously.
