How do I email customer service or support at Amazon?
Hi experts,
I think most of us agree that Amazon is tough to beat as an online retailer. The only thing I can complain about is how difficult it is to find a way to contact them. Whether it is phone, email or chat.
When I try to find a contact source, it takes me around in a circle over and over. Ironically, the only email address I found was for Jeff Bezos. I don't think he would be the best one to email with a question or concern.

What are you trying to contact them for?
I purchase from Amazon and email support is best, it works and it is fairly speedy.

I believe you that email support is best. I just can't find the email address. It is for a package I received, and I had a question because they did not package it as specified.

is the link. I actually got here once, but this time I selected the order in question and answered three drop-down questions whereby it gives you the choice of Email, Phone or Chat.
The ship-confirm email is some type of way to verify your order automatically. It just returned with four useless links. Maybe this is a way to cut down on emails or chats, but it would be nice to just have HELP at the top right or Contact Us and let us contact them. It's ironic, because I think in over 15 years or more, I have never had to contact them. I am waiting on a response.

I have had several Amazon emails (that was one of mine above). If they asked a question (they have) I respond to that email.
