ExOL Migration issue (Couldn't find a move request that corresponds to the specified identity )

I have migrated a few thousand users to Office 365 from Exchange 2013 on-prem servers... I have one user that I'm unable to get cut over...

All my migrations are set to Auto Suspend when they are ready to complete... so this account is AutoSuspended at 95%, problem is I can not resume or even remove the moverequest.

How can I clean this up and get Frank migrated successfully?

Hello, if nothing can solve then you might need a third party converter that can export OST file into PST format, I can suggest one such reliable that can export even OST file into Exchange server directly this is SoftwareImperial OST to PST converter
