I have migrated a few thousand users to Office 365 from Exchange 2013 on-prem servers... I have one user that I'm unable to get cut over...

All my migrations are set to Auto Suspend when they are ready to complete... so this account is AutoSuspended at 95%, problem is I can not resume or even remove the moverequest.

PS C:\> Get-MoveRequest -Identity Frank.Tank@contoso.com

DisplayName    Status        TargetDatabase

Tank, Frank AutoSuspended NAMPR05Dwdf-dbxdf

PS C:\> Get-MoveRequestStatistics -Identity Frank.Tank@contoso.com
Couldn't find a move request that corresponds to the specified identity 'Frank.Tank@contoso.com'.

PS C:\> Get-MoveRequestStatistics Frank.Tank@contoso.com -IncludeReport | fl
Couldn't find a move request that corresponds to the specified identity 'Frank.Tank@contoso.com'.

PS C:\> Get-MoveRequest -Identity Frank.Tank@contoso.com | Remove-MoveRequest -Force
Couldn't find a move request that corresponds to the specified identity 'Frank.Tank@contoso.com'.

PS C:\> Remove-MoveRequest -Identity Frank.Tank@contoso.com
Couldn't find a move request that corresponds to the specified identity 'Frank.Tank@contoso.com'.

How can I clean this up and get Frank migrated successfully?

Thanks in advance,

Hello, if nothing can solve then you might need a third party converter that can export OST file into PST format, I can suggest one such reliable that can export even OST file into Exchange server directly this is SoftwareImperial OST to PST converter

Are your trying to do this in the EMC?? have you tryed refreshing the console on the to see if the move request is there?

Also with EMS do a get-moverequest and see what you have.

Can you execute remove-moverequest -identity user and rerun move request?

Get-MoveRequest -MoveStatus Failed | Remove-MoveRequest

If these don't work can you put here some error in application log?

As a workaround, try to export mailbox to pst and then import to office 365 exchange online, get help from this import export solution.

Hope this helps!
