dell latitude e7270

we have dell latitude e7270 showing no display on dack still we give it bit support with book or other thing all drivers updated and  its new laptop . what si worng

Hard to understand your question as it is typed.  But it sounds like you get no display when its docked.  This could be a configuration issue.  When docked the laptop can try to use the docks VGA or DP as the primary video.  Or, you can use the laptop screen.  Which do you want?  And Which works / does not work?

Is it safe to assume everything works OK when it is not docked?

yes we use dack for VGA and DP use .  it is working but need some support like book to get display from VGA.  laptop is new in condition too
