Accesing and outdate Access Databse based on login credentials

I created an access database a few years back with the help of a friend.  He has moved on.  The Access database would read the login credentials (curt.f.hasan) and grant access based upon permissions.  Our network has change a we now login with a CAC which give ID (10705529N).  I want to reuse some of the same coding but cannot access the database based upon previously mentioned issue.  Please advise?

Yes, I've tried that technique and it won't work.  I cannot remember exactly what we did for this program.  I mainly use excel.
Can you open the Code window while the database is open?
Do you get a login screen? If so, can you take a screenshot of that?
I was running database from CD and once I save to desktop, shift worked.
