Access Denied to website I used to be able to access

I am trying to access a website I need for work and I am getting "ACCESS DENIED - You do not have permission to access https://xx on this server"

I do not live in the USA, I live in South Africa. I switch over to high-speed fiber a few months ago and that is when this started. As a workaround, I would open up a personal hotspot on my iPhone and use that connection to get in. Now that too has stopped working with the same error.

Attached is a screenshot of the error.

Is this something I can resolve? Do you think it is on my end (South Africa), or on the other end (USA)?

Please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks!

Shaun - I am using UNOTELLY VPN, it used to work fine, but no joy now.

What would you suggest as the best solution?
