REplace \n with <br/> like so
<div class="popup">
   <span class="popuptext" id="myPop75"></span>
</div>

<script>
function showPopUpReminders()
{
   document.getElementById("myPop75").innerHTML = "Hello! <br/> okey";
   var popup = document.getElementById("myPop75");
   popup.classList.toggle("show");
   setTimeout(function()
   {
   popup.classList.toggle("show");
   }, 6000);
}
</script>

HTML does not recognise white space formatting (unless inside <pre> tags) new lines require the <br/> tag.
