Return correspondent value or list after validate values on 2 columns (excel)

Hi,

I have a tablet with 4 columns (Result, Value1, Value2, Value3) and I need to create a new sheet that I can find the "Result" (result column) indicating random values on cell (value1 and value2).

I need the return of a list of data that match the Value1 and Value2.
