drop down list slection to unhide a row

creating a contract and have questions with a selection of answers ( yes , no, na)  from a drop down list and when the customer selects "no" I want a unhidden row to appear with a comment why text box

Sorry, had something else to do. Simply select No in C2 to unhide rows to enter a comment in, yellow block to represent the area to make the comment.

This can be expanded to cover other drop downs if required.
