Excel File display Blank

I am not able to see the excel file attached to MS outlook 2010, I do copy the attachment from outlook 2010 and paste to my desktop, and then I can see the cells and contents.  When I open the attachment it is all Blank no cell and no content.    I email to myself and attach this file from my desktop to outlook, and then it is Blank again when I open it from outlook.

I try file option and advance, I am still not able to fix this BLANK problem.

Thank you,

Try opening Outlook in safe mode and see if you have the same issues.

Start -->Run--> Outlook.exe /safe

I ran outlook.exe safe mode, the problem is still unable to be resolved, open the excel attachment from outlook is still BLANK.
Try this, go to File, Options, Advanced, Scroll all the way to the bottom until you reach the General section and uncheck Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE). This is the same in both Excel 2007 and 2010.

I check file, options, and advanced, scroll and see Dynamic Data Exchange is unchecked by default.   The problem is still exist, unable to open the excel file from outlook attachment.
Did you try Ramin's suggestion.... Office repair?
I did office repair, but it is still blank to open excel file on the outlook attachment.
I am giving this one to Ramin, unless you object.
