Excel File display Blank

I am not able to see the excel file attached to MS outlook 2010, I do copy the attachment from outlook 2010 and paste to my desktop, and then I can see the cells and contents.  When I open the attachment it is all Blank no cell and no content.    I email to myself and attach this file from my desktop to outlook, and then it is Blank again when I open it from outlook.

I try file option and advance, I am still not able to fix this BLANK problem.

Thank you,

I wear a lot of hats...

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try opening Outlook in safe mode and see if you have the same issues.

Start -->Run--> Outlook.exe /safe
Paul LinAuthor Commented:
I ran outlook.exe safe mode, the problem is still unable to be resolved, open the excel attachment from outlook is still BLANK.
Edward PamiasTeam Lead RRS DeskCommented:
Try this, go to File, Options, Advanced, Scroll all the way to the bottom until you reach the General section and uncheck Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE). This is the same in both Excel 2007 and 2010.
