Certain Gmail subfolders are appearing as empty within Outlook 2016 (where the Gmail account is setup using IMAP).
Most all of the Gmail subfolders have all of their emails within Outlook 2016 except for 6 subfolders that appear but don't have any email in them (such as 1 Today, 2 Travel, 2013 & Prior Inbox, 2014 Emails, 2015 Emails, & 2016 Emails)
We have gone into the Gmail settings and made sure that all of the Gmail subfolder names are selected to appear and have also made sure that all of the Outlook 2016 settings are correct.
Additionally we have recreated the Gmail email account within a different Outlook 2016 profile and the exact same issue continues to occur where the same 6 subfolders don't appear within Outlook.
What can be done to fix this issue so that these missing Gmail subfolders will appear within Outlook 2016?
