TypeError jquery issues with site - CSS conflicts

When my site I get an occasional error message saying that there are conflicts.  I'd like to resolve these issues as I've made changes to the site and it loads faster it just keeps having this error message (see below):

Error Message
If you need any additional files let me know.  Also, I've attached the html file for the page that gets the errors.  I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That error is saying that it could not find the iosSlider library. Either you are trying to use it outside of a document ready block or the library is not included. If these errors are intermittent then I would guess the former

Make sure the reference to iosSlider is inside a document ready i.e
$(function() {
    // Initialise here
    $(someElement).iosSlider();
});

Open in new window

The potential cause of this error (if intermittent) is that resources on a page are loaded asynchronously in the order they are found - however network delays might result in changing that order so that if you have a reference to a library execute before the page is ready and the library in question has downloaded you will get this error.

Thanks.  I appreciate your explanation, the slider hasn't been used and is currently just a background image so i'll take the unused jquery file out and simply use the background for my image.
