I examined every tab in the Printing properties of the Best PC in the office, compared to the bad PC in question. Bad PC was set to PS as default printer, Best PC, to PCL on same printer, so I changed that to match. The Best PC has &quot;Gray Scale&quot; as default, so I changed Bad PC from &quot;Default&quot; to Gray Scale as well. I checked that Driver versions are identical, and they are. <br />
However, there are more choices available in the Best PC as you'll see in the first picture, highlighted in red, and even though they are set the same, I don't know if that would make a difference. Something is different there that's for sure, but not in the setups chosen.<br />
In Acrobat, I went into Color management and both PC's are set the same way. I will follow up with the user in the morning to see if the changes made a difference. Thanks. <br />
