I'd try setting Windows 10 to start in Safe Mode and see what you get. &nbsp;If that resolves the problem with the Windows key, start disabling items from startup, reboot, and test again.

A Repair Install will not fix a damaged profile (and it possibly may not be damaged). I agree with the Repair Install step above - I have done this lots of times. <br />

If that fails, backup and install Windows fresh.

Hello I have a windows 10 laptop that when you click the start button or hit the windows key on the keyboard nothing happens, I have tried moving the task bar and that didn't help, also I can not see any wifi connection even when I am in the office I click on the wifi icon and it states not connected- Connections are available .... the icon is there with a little * beside it but the laptop will connected with a network cable, I ran anti virus and malwarebytes also created a new user and same thing under that account .... not sure what's going on any suggestions
