We are currently using sharepoint 2013 foundation and I we are attempting to create a change management site. I found a template wsp file and imported using stsadmin, but it does not work as it must be older.<br />

Are there any templates available in sharepoint 2013 foundation? and if not how could i edit an existing one or create one? <br />
