DC dynamic port change?

EE,

Thanks for reading. I read documents on dynamic ports on domain controllers but confused on how to go about changing them to specific ports.

We have blocked high level ports on our network firewalls and will no longer use 49k-65k dynamic range for RPC or whatever the DCs use it for i.e. replication etc

The question is how to change the dynamic range to the range we have allowed?

netsh int ipv4 show dynamicport udp (shows default)

Thanks again
