Windows 7 - How to get rid of the name of the last person to log onto the pc

sometimes multiple people use one pc and I would like to know how to get rid of the person from that pc so that when someone presses CTRL-ALT-DEL, the last user doesn't appear.
OR BETTER YET
how to get rid of that user's login name from the CTRL ALT DELETE login screen of choices.
