Exchange Error after migration to Office 365

Been seeing this error in our Exchange Server Application Log since we completed the migration for this user. After some searching I still have nothing. Has anyone seen this error or have an idea of how to fix it. From what I can tell, the user is unaffected.

Hi,

Probably something went wrong while converting from mailbox to a mail enabled user for any reason (permissions, illegal character and so in)
Solution is to convert manually but there are Some cave-eats.
