Multiple Errors from DCDIAG

We recently had a multisite DC failure happen and I restored all DCs back to the exact same time from backup. All DCs are up and running and users can access the network and network shares. I can ping both hostname and ip of all three servers. When I run a dcdiag as an admin I get a bunch of different errors related to DFRS and RPC. I have attached my DCDIAG dumps with the follow command (dcdiag /v /c /d /e > c:\dcdiag.log) I've been going through KBs and help articles and nothing I've tried seems to work. I recent followed a guide on restoring the time service and setting it so all DCs get their time from the PDC. Please help! See Attached
