Windows 10 Errors

I'm getting lots of these errors on a newly-installed Windows 10 Pro 64 system:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{8D8F4F83-3594-4F07-8369-FC3C3CAE4919}
and APPID
{F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

What does it mean and what might one do?

When I drill down into DCOMCNFG (ran As Admininstrator), the controls are all grayed out.

I'm also seeing:
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\WPDBUSENUM\_??_USBSTOR#Disk&Ven_TEAC&Prod_USB___HS-MS_Card&Rev_4.08#000003068A19&2#{53f56307-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b}.

Users have Full Control. I can't change Administrators to Full Control from Read.
