It doesn't matter what date format is used, but it must be a date format not General. Excel stores all dates as integers and all times as decimal fractions. With this system, Excel can add, subtract, or compare dates and times just like any other numbers, and all dates are manipulated by using this system.

I need to populate column H with a rate based on 2 criteria (Col A and C). <br />
I am using Vlookup for this.<br />
