SPOTIFY - Cut through the legaleze

SPOTIFY QUESTION - Trying to make it through the legaleze. I pay ten bucks a month for premium Spotify. Am I allowed to download a song and copy it to a thumb drive for personal use in my vehicle? If the answer is yes how do I do this?

If Spotify don't provide the ability to download the music files for you to put onto your thumb drive (even for personal use) then you would be breaching this.

You're paying for their service which allows you to listen to music through their software.  That doesn't mean it's not possible it's just not allowed.

I am seeking to find out conclusively IF it is legal to do. I have NO intention of circumventing anything. I do not know IF they permit it or not. I have written to them three times asking that specific question and have never received an answer. I play by the rules...I just want to know what the rules are without consulting an attorney. Your opinion suggests that you think it is not allowed. If that is true, then so be it. But if you have located specific language that prohibits what I would like to do then kindly post that paragraph or a link to it. Not trying to be difficult here, just trying to be honest.
