Urgent domain controller problems

Hi,
A client was attempting to change domain controllers, DCA - Windows 2003 to DCB - Windows 2012 R2.
Unfortunately the changeover has gone wrong and we urgently need to revert back to DCA
I can confirm all the FSMO roles have been moved to DCB. Those I can move back.
Now DCA is listed twice in AD. Once as a domain controller and once as member server.
There are a few replication issues too between the DC's.
Users who changed passwords are unable to logon with their new passwords but the old ones work.
I just need to get DCA back as the main DC by tomorrow morning.

Please help.
