How to parse out individual records from values in a column in Excel

I have the following data:

COMPANY NAME      PART NUMBER      MFG CODE      CAPABILITY CODE
Barfield Aero, LLC.        65806-002-1        F9111        BC REPAIR

I need to create separate rows based in the value in the capability code column:
