send to option in chrome
is there a way to add send to option like IE 11 in chrome browser?
There are several; but, none as nice as in IE11. Are you after SendTo -> EMail ;however, which sendto are you specifically after?

I don't know but you can just grab icon in front of address and drag and drop it on desktop. This will create shortcut/link to website.
On https website just grab green Secure word
On regular http website any icon before address
