Anywhere Access VPN setup error "UPnP is not enabled on the router"

Hi there,

I am trying to setup a VPN on Windows Server 2012 Essentials using Anywhere Access, however I am getting the error message "UPnP is not enabled on the router" at the end of configuration. I have enabled UPnP on the router and have opened the following ports:

TCP/UDP: 1723
TCP: 80
TCP: 443

If it helps at all the router is a Draytek Vigor2860.

Many thanks,
Anthony

Thank you, I hadn't checked that page. The problem was actually a mistake of my own, I didn't check manual router configuration even though I thought I had so therefore it was trying to do it automatically using UPnP.
Hi,

If it's ok , please mark as solved and a solution.

Thanks
