Lync room system - blue circle when attempting to connect to calendar

Crestron Lync Room System - 15.15.08

Cannot connect to exchange calendar a spinning blue circle appears,

Error msg
We can't connect to exchange. You might not have the latest room calendar info.

Works ok from Lync client / or Outlook client

Have you checked that you can access it using the network port the system is plugged into (to rule out vlan issues)

also have you tried signing the system out and signing it back in as the user, as the password may have expired and not been changed in the room
