I coordinate the IT for teachers and students at a small private elementary/middle school. We use office 365 and some use PCs while others use Macs. We keep getting sporadic notices that "We've run into a problem with your office 365 subscription and we need your help to fix it. We have the option of doing it now or later. Any ideas? I just got the message three times this morning and each time I have re-installed my office suite, which is basically what it looks like it wants me to do.
I would love any insight into the problem.
