Outlook 2013 Email Autocomplete List Broken / Not Loading

Hello I have a user with a broken Autocomplete list in Outlook 2013, by taking a deep look into the profile I noticed that the file is there. However, for some reason Outlook doesn't want to load this file properly. I've tried every option suggested by Microsoft and other forums but no luck so far, below is the path of the file. One important thing when going to Office 365 web mail his autocomplete works fine but not on the client side.

C:\Users\<userprofile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache
File Name: Stream_Autocomplete_0_567E5698B282A04E9C28C27FFF06E702.dat - 745kb

I've tried backing up the file, re-generating a different one and overriding it with the old one to see if the changes would take effect but nothing helps, if anyone has a good solution to this common problem in Outlook I will appreciate it.

Thanks

If you're using Exchange server then Autocomplete list is a hidden email address in your mailbox on the server.
You can just close outlook, delete all autocomplete files, run outlook and files should rebuild itself.
