i think you misunderstood my question. the result should exactly look like what i already had put with the formula in Column C<br />
all i needed was how to avoid controls hift enter in column C formula.<br />

i do not want Unique values. The formula in Column C checks List1 and against List2 and should return all those values that are exists in List1 but is missing in List2.
