Get error 3219 in email
Get error 3219 when trying to set up Hotmail.co.uk account on Outlook 2003 using Outlook connector (Sync errors)

As Outlook has moved to Office 365, I don't believe it works. Have you tried updating to a newer version of Outlook?
The error codes indicate that this Outlook.com account has been upgraded to the new version. Please sign into the account at http://mail.live.com and check if you see blue outlook.com banner or Outlook Mai Black banner.
If it's black it's mean that hotmail plugin will not work anymore
You can try setup IMAP access to your Hotmail account

Thanks for your advice and time guys.
I will try using IMAP again but not straight away as I can get
the emails via Hotmail for now.
