Exchange 2013 - Get-ExchangeEnvironmentReport.ps1

I'm trying to understand the output of this report. How is it calculating:
Database Disk Free Log Disk Free

I have my DBs and Transact logs on the same Drive, but these 2 parameters are outputting different percentages.
