I have multiple users receiving the same error message when attempting to access or update a shared note file.  The note file is located on a shared network drive which they all have access to.  Currently in our environment, we have Win7 clients 64 bit using Office 2010 and Win 8.1, 64 bit using Office 2013.  My users have been using these shared notes for an extended period now, the problem really started about 2 weeks ago.  Has anyone else seen this happen in their environment when shared OneNote files starts giving error messages that they are now corrupted and need repairing.  I have attached a copy of the error message along with the error code.  Just as an FYI, my environment will be migrating to Win10 , Office 2016 within the next 30 days.  Looking forward to any and all recommendations.

No.
The note files are being access from a network share.  What I have done so far is to restore the original note file.  Asked the customer using Office 2010 to compare the file and import any notes that they have stored locally to this file and see if t synced properly.  So far all is working.  In the next 7 days, will have another customer who uses Office 2013 access the note file and import their locally stored edits to the file and see if it syncs properly.  If this works, I think I will be ok.  Once all notes are synced up I plan to upgrade all customers who access this file to Office 2016 and Windows 10.  Will respond if all goes well.

Restored file from backup.  Now all customers are accessing file using the same platform.
