Is it possible to set permissions for individuals so they can modify Room Resources from Outlook Calendars? &nbsp;Either to delete bookings by other users or create bookings on behalf of others directly from the calendar without sending a meeting invite to the email associated with the room resource?

Office 365 Resource Permissions
