Do you mean from the ACL?<br />
From Readers or Authors fields within the database?<br />
Deleting profile forms?<br />
Perhaps you could please add a few more details.<br />

If you go to the Server tab via the Administrator and click on Database Users. You are able to right click the user of a particular database and select Drop.

You have to have installed server.load, then yes, you can use lotus scripts. &nbsp;You can google lotus domino server.load to get you started.<br />

Lotus Notes
