default properties containing location is missing

default properties containing location is missing in both videos under start menu folders and under THIS PC or File Explorer .The image on the left is start menu and the one on the right is the THIS PC. I would like to restore the default properties interface or dialog box whatever the name is? properties

What value do you have for My Video in the following locations? Is it REG_SZ?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

Backup User Shell Folders and delete My Videos, then recreate as REG_SZ and test

Please try to set My Videos to %USERPROFILE%\Videos
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
